However, it is so sad that Cianjur, which has the nickname City of Santri, is in fact rife with mixed alcohol and has claimed many victims, allegedly due to the consumption of mixed alcohol.
So it has become commonplace that there are brawls between youths, robberies and other crimes that are very disturbing to residents.
One of them is in the Karangnunggal Region, Cibeber District, Cianjur Regency.
It is known that the circulation of oplosan alcohol in the area has been going on for a long time.
“We all community leaders and ulama figures agree to reject the circulation of oplosan alcohol in the Karangnunggal region, Cibeber, in particular, generally in Cianjur Regency,” said a Cibeber religious leader, H. Misbah along with other figures and the Village Heads of Cibeber Sub-District. Monday (03/5/2021).
The same thing was said by the Chairman of the Islamic Community Alliance (AUI) Cianjur Regency, Azis Muslim.
“It is normal when people refuse. However, there must still be the desire of all elements, including the executive, legislative and other elements, to immediately create a firm legal umbrella,” Azis added.
